- Move in begins Wednesday, August 17th starting around 10AM. You are welcome to move in on that day or after.
- Make sure you have turned in your lease agreement contract. It is very important to return this ASAP.
- PAY YOUR FIRST PAYMENT by August 1st. All lease charges go out the first of every month. That is also when the payments are due.
- You will have roommates. Understand that you all have responsibilities to take care of the apartment. We recommend having a roommate meeting sometime during the first week and establish some house rules (i.e. dishes, cleaning, guests, decorating, curfews, etc.).
