READY TO MOVE TO COLLEGE?

Well the time to move to Bengal Creek Student Community is fast approaching. We hope all of you have been having an awesome summer. Here are a few things to remember:

• Move in begins Wednesday, August 17th starting around 10AM. You are welcome to move in on that day or after.
• Make sure you have turned in your lease agreement contract. It is very important to return this ASAP.
• PAY YOUR FIRST PAYMENT by August 1st. All lease charges go out the first of every month. That is also when the payments are due.
• You will have roommates. Understand that you all have responsibilities to take care of the apartment. We recommend having a roommate meeting sometime during the first week and establish some house rules (i.e. dishes, cleaning, guests, decorating, curfews, etc.).
